To cancel your order please contact The Tenshi Team via email stating “Please Cancel My Order” in the subject field. Please include your name and address, your order number, and the title of the book(s) ordered.

Please Note: If an item has already been processed or has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

At the moment, Tenshi Publishing does not directly sell digital downloads through the website. Digital downloads from the website should be available before the end of this year; however, they are currently available via most e-book platforms.

Tenshi Publishing accepts most major credit/debit cards at checkout and you can also use Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

Tenshi Publishing will try to contact you by phone or email regarding any payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel or place on hold any transaction without further notice. The usual reasons for us either cancelling or placing your order on hold are:

• Your billing and shipping addresses could not be validated.
• Your backorder request expired.
• Your payment could not be validated in preparation for shipment.

If you need more information on the status of an order, please email The Tenshi Team including your name, address and order number. Please write “Order Status” in the subject field.

Orders will sometimes show as pending if we need to validate either billing or shipping address information, or if there has been errors on the site such as timing out. If your order shows as pending and you have not received an order confirmation within 1 business day, please contact The Tenshi Team via e-mail.

In the UK publishers and retailers do not charge VAT on printed books as they are zero-rated for VAT, this also applies to e-books. So if your order is shipping within the UK there will not be any VAT added to your order.

If there are any vouchers/coupons available from Tenshi Publishing then you would add the code to the appropriate box during checkout. If you find a voucher/coupon from anywhere else but on this website it is not an authentic one and it will not work at checkout.

At present, Tenshi Publishing is only shipping within the UK.

 Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. If you are waiting for a backorder title it will ship as soon as it becomes available. 

Please Note: Business days for processing orders from Tenshi Publishing are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Tenshi Publishing offers a Flat Shipping Rate of £3.80 whether you purchase one book or five. We aim to ship your order promptly, and we aim for your order to be delivered to you within 1 – 3 working days via Royal Mail.

Once your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your order at your convenience.
