Tenshi Publishing LTD intentionally operates under a single-director boutique model. Because we only open our doors to a handful of exceptional non-fiction and spiritual works each year, you are not handed off to a rotating team of assistants; you work directly with the decision maker. We bring a professional CIEP-aligned infrastructure, elite trade printing, and genuine mentorship to your journey, ensuring your voice is handled with the exact care and well-being it deserves.
Tenshi Publishing is a passion project, we are focused on mentorship and community, not corporate growth, the founding director is the CIEP editor who also offers editing as a separate service without the publishing aspect.
Tenshi Publishing is a sister portal to the Kenzo Amariyo: Quantum Science, Psychotherapy and Shamanism website. I am a UK author of several non-fiction books, and I know only to well from my own publishing journey how difficult it can be for any author to find a literary agent and be offered a traditional publishing contract, (not that I would want one these days).
Tenshi Publishing came to be in 2021, it was primarily set up to house my own books rather than have them on my blog. In June 2026 it was completely revamped and re-born with a different purpose in mind, that purpose was and is, to aid other non-fiction authors on their own publishing journey, especially non-fiction authors in and around Devon.
Tenshi Publishing – We are a small boutique publisher in East Devon, our focus being non-fiction books, especially, (but not limited to), works of Inspiration, Poetry, Alternative Medicine and Spirituality. Although our focus is on reaching bookshops, libraries and wholesalers, we do offer our books to the UK general public from this website. We aim to offer new and refreshing books that have been professionally edited by a Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) editor, printed to a high standard and offered at a reasonable price.
We Focus on Quality
Our focus is not on quantity but on quality with our desire being to bring a sense of well-being and satisfaction to the author and every reader. Tenshi Publishing can only take on a handful of authors at a time, so if you see that the yellow box on the homepage says that we are taking submissions, then don’t waste time.
We value high standards and ethics and aim to work within the parameters set out in established trade authorities, we value being members of trade authorities and associations as they offer some protection to you the author and us, the publisher; they are also a good source of information on standards and legalities. Please be aware that as I write this, it is July 2026, we have been open for less than a week, and although our aim is to permit organic growth to the company, it will take time so we ask for your patience.
Please Note
We are a small, non-traditional boutique publisher and author subsidized, in other words we charge a fee. We share some of the financial responsibility but we cannot take on all of the financial responsibility.
We work collaboratively with our authors through the entire publishing journey. Our main goal being to help you produce your book and get it in front of your audience ensuring that you, the author, and Tenshi Publishing as the publisher, both benefit from royalties. We hope to have a long lasting relationship with all of our authors and hope that each and everyone of you will feel part of the Tenshi family.
We focus on building a strong foundational relationship with our authors that maintain clear boundaries and professionalism. We prefer to work with authors whom we can meet up with in person rather than have purely impersonal connections, however; we do understand that this will not always be possible, and whether we meet you in person or not, will have no impact on the quality of our service.
