Returns Policy

Tenshi Publishing hopes that each and every customer will be happy with their purchase, but on occasion, that does not happen.

For Items Purchased Online, by E-Mail or Phone

UK Law States That:

Online, e-mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the item is not faulty.

A refund to you, the customer, is permitted if you have told us within 14 days of receiving the printed book that you have changed your mind. You then have another 14 days to return the item. If your book was personalised i.e. it was signed by the author and/or had a message or a ‘To…..’ written in it, then the book is not returnable by law.

If you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item back in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. If the book shows signs of use or damage there will be a deduction of fees from the refund. You must pay for the return of the book.

If your book was damaged upon receipt, you will need to e-mail us immediately to let us know and attach photographs of the damaged packaging, showing clearly your name and address, and photos of the damaged book. In such instances, on return of the damaged book, we will send you a replacement book.

Please Note: Digital downloads are exempt from this refund policy. Your right to change your mind ends the moment you start the download.
